I’ve purchased this app few months ago. I only wanted to rate this app after seeing the result; and here I’m today. I’ve been working out on and off. Take my word on this, i don’t have a body of someone that works out at a gym but I’ve had people compliment on the way my body is. If you work out like the way the developer suggests, I’m 100% sure that you’ll be very happy.
