If you are in are always in a rush then these 7 min workouts are exactly what you need. Perfect if you have difficulty committing to that gym membership. Or simply a nice way to begin the day. Edit: After using this app for a while, I would appreciate not having to keep the screen on all the time. Maybe utilize ambient displays for OLED? If this app could also go audio only, it would be gold. It is great to use it with BT headsets(monetisation thru sales referrals for devs?)

Works really well been on top of it for 5 days only and there’s more to come but can already see the start of a 6 pack. I’m also very happy with the fact that if there are some very forgetful people such as myself the app Will ask u if there is a particular time you want to be reminded and whenever your time is a notification will go pff reminding you to do so, overall keeping you nice and fit.

I really like this app. The one thing you should know that at least on the medium program for 30 days the workouts quickly get longer than 7 Minutes. Many of these were taking me about 20 minutes and more. A nice variety of things especially for working out at home without any equipment.

Helpful and clear I love how simple it is and how clearly it directs what I should do and wastes not a second of time. Only done it once so far and astounded by how much I could feel the effects of 7 minutes on my body. This is as convenient as it gets.
