USAGE
move forward and backward in the calendar by swiping vertically
switch between calendar views with a horizontal swipe (opens the day or week you start the swipe gesture on) or double-tap for day view
tap to open a calendar event
long-press to add new calendar event
long-press on mini-month to go to today or jump to date
configurable actions on 3-finger-tap, tap on title, volume buttons
long press an event in day view to drag to a different time

aCalendar only requests permissions needed for app functionality. aCalendar+ respects your privacy and will NEVER send any of your private data anywhere unless configured by YOU. Please contact us if you have questions about permissions.

Only missing one thing I’d find useful. I use this to keep track of when my bills are due. I’m paid weekly. But I’d love to see the option for a check box to strike out the event after I’ve paid that specific bill so I know what I still need to pay and what has already been paid. “I can sort of do this in tasks but it doesn’t have the alarm features color pick etc.” Would be easier to add the finished check box option to the calendar side. Thanks!

I changed my phone to oppo find x5 with Android 13. Now acalendar keeps crashing. I can open it to see events, but I cannon add or change any events for doing so it will crash. Settings cannot be changed because it closes by itself if I make any changes. Pls fix it. I tried to reset or reinstall the app, and none worked. When I click three bars on the top right, the app closes.

I am generally a fan of this calendar. I like the pinned summary to reduce reminder pop-ups. However, as of this morning there is a recurring event I had from around 9 years ago which suddenly showed up every day. It is not on the Google calendar, so this app is responsible. Hopefully they can fix these issues.

• Thanks for the feedback! Your conclusion is not correct though, aCalendar is not at all involved in storage or synchronization, so it has nothing to do with your problem. If you contact our support with details and the debug info for this event (via the share button), we can have a look.

Love eCalendar! One request: When recurring weekly events are edited en masse, changing the date should automatically adjust the day of the week on which the event recurs as well. That it does not feels counterintuitive, and if the user doesn’t doublecheck they might not even notice that the desired effect was not achieved. Thanks!

Infinitely better than Google Calendar for my tablet. Navigation is easy and intuitive, layout is excellent, and syncs seamlessly with Google Calendar in my computer browser. The free version is fine, but it’s well worth paying a literally only a couple of dollars to remove ads. I can’t believe that people are whinging about spending $2 for this. How much did they pay for the device they are viewing it on, yet they can’t afford $2 to compensate the app developers?

Beautiful, clean design and many options. Love it! Sadly, notifications have been unreliable since a year or so, which of course is a big productivity issue. I tried every suggestion in the help files to solve it, but to no avail. It’s probably not even your fault, because the Google stock calender app has the same problem. I love your app so much I decided to live with this problem and just make it a habit to check my calendar a few times a day.
