Game is fun albeit heavily biased towards whales (looking at you cross-server events where only 20 people get prizes). The mechanics of the game, like the tower defense mode and dungeon crawl mode are both neat concepts that I would like to see expanded. After substantial effort from the devs I have updated this review to 4 star. I’m on an older server and am still waiting to see the new events talked about in their discord server. When that happens I’ll update again.

The game starts out great and has lots of variety, but as others have said, it slows to a crawl in later levels. Most people become inactive around 50, so recruiting active players for my guild Nexus is hard. The chat is dead and I basically talk to nobody. Most end game excitement revolves around tourmanents for whales, but at least you can place gets on them for some gold. Also, I hate the “sacrifice heroes to level up other heroes” system too. It is my least liked leveling system in games.

For a F2P game, I thought it was pretty good. Lot of fun heroes, lot of various game modes revolving around a core auto-chess mechanic, and a decent ability to progress your heroes. There are of course a lot of things to spend real money on, but I never felt like I needed to. I would say the worst things about this game are 1. The tacked on Tower Defense mode 2. The ability to skip the fight animation is only available in 1 or 2 modes. Except for evaluating new heroes, it isn’t that fun to watch

I had previously rated this a 3 star and some not so great reviews. That wasn’t fair. First off I think the amount of gold and exp should scale a bit more than it does. Game was advertised as a tower defense game . It’s barely a tower defense game. Less than 10% is tower defense. which is sad. thebhigh r the level and more characters the more fun it is learning which combo of units to use for which situation. Seeing as I play 2-5 times a day ranging from 5 minutes to 45minutes at a time.

The game itself is fine, but the big problem is that it’s basically dead. I couldn’t get more than four active players in my level 5 guild after two months of trying, and I tried joining six other level 5 or higher guilds that seemed active only to see that almost every other member had not logged in for over a week. And you know the game is down bad when a mid-level player like me who barely spent any money can get to the top of the Arena board for even a little bit. It badly needs players.

I really enjoy this game, you can absolutely compete with the top without spending a penny. Rewards for reaching various goals are plentiful. There’s different battle styles, pvp, dungeon, tower, expedition, several stores in which to shop for with earned rewards. Most areas are accessible to all regardless of level. Similar to afk arena.Great game!
