• Claire, you can disable this notification using the anti-theft settings on the device.

Does what it says Works fine after spot on tech support from carphone warehouse. Cleared the cache, rebooted my phone due to Google play store not working and hey presto no error 24!!! If anyone wants to complain, get a life and follow the help guide or put your device back in its box and take it back to the shop
