This was my first introduction to Rhythm games, and it is still my favourite by far. The music is all good, the art is gorgeous, the gameplay is challenging, yet enjoyable. Need I say more? The one about this that I don’t really enjoy is that so many songs are behind a paywall, however it’s completely worth paying for as the story blew me away. Also, contrary to what some of the reviews say, there are free tracks, you just have to work to get them. Overall, an amazing game.

Arcaea was one of the first rhythm games I ever played. The gameplay is innovative, and the songs are great! When you first download the game, you get a bunch of free songs that tide you over for a while until you become skilled. This segues into why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. My number one issue of the game actually lies in one of the core mechanics, World mode. In all my rhythm game experience, it is THE WORST song unlock method I’ve ever encountered. Otherwise, 11/10 highly recommend!

the only rhythm game that I found addicting and coming back. There’s enough free songs, but if you’re looking to have access to the hardest songs then you’ll need to pay. Wish that the story was free though, missing out on the lore is a bummer. Intriguing mechanics, highly recommend you download just to try.

So ive been into rhythm games for months and none of those games actually suits me(sometimes too hard or too easy)until i found this game,great graphics,great gameplay(as it have 3 different levels with different gameplays.i have been playing arcaea for 2 months now. Edit: changing my rating from 5 to 3 star I will only change it back if you managed to help me. I just got myself a new device, and for some reason I can play the game but can’t download any song? Always say error…

this game has brought me so much joy that it’s only right to give it a review. the best rhythm game on mobile. very fun and interesting charts, genuinely high skill ceiling, and an amazing original soundtrack. didn’t look into the story all that much but i heard it was pretty good. you owe it to yourself to play arcaea

One of the best rhythm games on the play store. I’ve spent so much free time playing this through highschool up into college and I don’t regret a single second of it. If you’re thinking about playing, just download already!!!

Excellent concept! I love how it is easy to pickup the unique mechanics, yet gives the players a challenging, arcade vibe. Keep it up! However I would like to report a problem regarding its input response. My phone is capable of up to 10 finger multitouch, yet it cannot hold more than two touches. While it can still tap four lanes simultaneously, it doesn’t feed the multi hold, causing some combo breaks sometimes. I hope this problem be resolved soon

A rhythm game that i might chip my money in. Really love the concept, the game sometimes freeze tho while the music is still playing. A few more bug fixes and more songs should be a good direction for now

Everything is awesome, but I’m getting a lot of static in the SFX and it sounds terrible. And for a music game, the sound is the most important. Will give 5 stars when there is a fix for the audio issue I’m having.
