The best free protection one can get, and I am a grateful user of Avast. Have been using this for a few now, and thanks again Avast, great app. Still the best, and thanks Avast. Nov. 30, every time I try to scan, Avast stops, 2 days in a row now. Any suggestions? Thanks. I just updated to the pro version of Avast, and it did not take affect. It’s still asking me to go to the pro version, and EVEN AFTER I PURCHASED, they dropped the price another 2 dollars. Unless I get the pro initiated, avast is a scam. Avast, please show me you’re legitimate and start my pro version that I paid for. 12/29/16, since I have paid for the pro version, for a year, I might as well reinstall it and, at least, get some benefit from the product and hope that somehow Avast will figure out how to get the pro version to work, please help me get what I paid for, thanks.

Almost 5 stars A friend of mine recommended this app to me several years ago and I love it. I have it on all my computers and mobile devices. Very user-friendly commands and menus for us computer dummies. It’s come a long way since day one but unfortunately the ad Invasion is part of that journey forward. I often don’t realize that I’ve opened up an ad until I am in the middle of it… very cleverly concealed! But in defense of the Avast team I’m sure they use a lot of that ad money to improve the app, which they have!
