When I first started playing this, I didn’t expect to last more than a couple of weeks and lose interest. But two months in and I still find it interesting and engaging. It strikes the right balance for me between autoplay and involvement and as long as you are patient and creative you can reach the latest tier of units (which is right now 15) without spending any real money. The gameplay is simple and intuitive and the ads are always optional.

Pretty good all around. It’s a cute little idle fighting based game with some decent graphics. And one thing I love that’s not normally in other games is the troop limiter. This forces players to really think about which troops to place and where, so there’s a lot of strategy involved as well. My only complaint is gold is a little rough. Yeah sure you get some daily, but that’s not even enough for 1 upgrade later in the game. If they were to make it a little easier to get then definatey 5 Stars.

Thank you for the feedback. We’ve made major changes in Gold income, and for most Rank 16 players, Gold is no longer the obstacle for upgrading their units. Be sure to join a Clan to get access to Unit Shard donations, they provide a steady Gold revenue stream. Have fun with Battle Legion!

Overall it could be a good game, but if you dislike winning battles then losing again, this is not the game for you. it’s either you pay, and play the game, or spend several months grinding, just to get 1 more rank up. Also if your a skin hunter, and want to get all the skins in game, don’t bother, more then half of them are forever gone. And before you tell me, yes I went to discord, these “commanders” were no help what so ever. Lastly the game is very unbalanced, leading to sluggish progresion

I remember playing games like this one in Kongregate… A lot tried to copy that formula, bit many failed. Battle Legion does a lot of things right and looks amazing at the same time! There are a few balancing and rewards’ issues that can be fixed, issues that could potentially hurt the longevity of the game, but they still don’t take away from the fun that the core game offers.

This game is pretty awesome. Gameplay is smooth and it can be quite difficult at times for the right layout. The only thing is, you hit a hard pay wall at higher levels (level 7) you barely make any coin winning battles (12 coins) and 4 hr chest only gives like 30 coins and a unit upgrade is a 1000 for level 5 unit. There is also a hard limit to the amount of coins you can win in a day. You are forced to watch ads for any meaningful reward.

Gather gold and Wagons does take time, but players can always earn rewards from the Rank and Season Paths and Unit Shards and gold can also be attained from Clans by donating and requesting shards, at no extra cost. Almost everything is good, I really enjoyed it. But the 4 hrs and 8 hrs opening chest is not good. 30 mins should the limit and 3 or 4 hrs the maximum depends on chest rarity. Also here’s a suggestion, put a chat, guild/clan and friend duel so it will not feel lonely playing the game. Friend duel is the best. This game has potential to be top game. If you consider our feedbacks and suggestion.

Game plays very well but I have some gripes. I am currently working on getting rank 10. Anyways, archers piss me off. You and the enemy archers can be stationary and shooting at each other, arrows just plink to the ground at their feet, but not the enemy archers. They get to be sniper elites who never miss. Another thing I hate, units mostly go forward up or down. Rarely diagonal. This means they eat arrows and take longer to get to the enemy depending on positioning.
