I have been playing this game for years and really enjoyed it but for the last 6 months or so, the new levels are absolute trash. The board has to reset every other move because the levels are either so poorly designed or designed to force you to use boosters to clear them. I’ve been playing less and less because of this. Customer service is top notch, though, and always very helpful.

I love the game BUT whe you start getting to the point that you can’t win levels without multiple boosters or paying for extra moves, it’s time to uninstall. The algorithm should be set to allow some wins to keep you interested. If winning a level on the first try is the only way to compete in some events, at the upper levels you are no longer competitive. I uninstalled within 2 hours of purchasing a moderate booster pack. I still had unlimited lives left but it was becoming a waste of money.

it’s ok. I don’t like being frustrated by getting just to the last but it always stops just short of completing the game. Then you can pay for in app purchase or lose your progress. EhhNot much has changed with the game.But I have changed and don’t play but once every blue moon. The same ol’ same ol’. Only the time has changed. The game has had some new additions and so far it’s working well. More things to engage players. YAYyeah, sorry, not sorry

Great game! Many good reasons to have this game! It’s fun, challenging, and you don’t need tickets to move on! Only drawback I found was on iphone it never let me connect to Facebook and when I got my galaxy I had to start back to level one. I am able to connect via android so once I get back to my original level I’ll be happy!
