This app uses the Device Administrator permission. The reason for this is to prevent to uninstall the app during a digital detox which would make the detox it ineffective.

To start detox automatically from Tasker or similar:

1 star less for that green background…pleanse make that background wallpaper changeable….otherwise its the best app…been using for last 3 months… Ps: thanks for wallpaper addition One more thing,make app drawer if you can so that the apps are not always visible Thankyou for the effort guys

Amazing app. It does what its suppose to do perfectly. Plus no lags, bugs or any defects(at least none experienced by me). Great job guys. Wish its app usage tracking data was shown differently than a ring, i mean its hard to use that ring and control its rotation.
I got so much accomplished in the morning time …it is good for productivity ..doesn’t allow you to use your phone for the set time except for emergency (for 5 mnts) and that is so good a feature .It forces you to be disciplined .Loved it !! please take an initiative and use this app in morning and you’ll do and create so much more .
Best app if you want digital detox.. I tried literally 2 dozens before this and was disappointed…every app lag the ability to hold itself whwn I clear cache…whenever I clear cache the app would leave its control and I was able to access social media But thus app wont let you clear the cache…and MOST IMPORTANTANTLY it let you have App whitelist,the apps which I need while studying Just give it all the permissions and bang…it works awesome Thanks for this app…and dont make it paid in
