Within the service area you can park and reserve felyx scooters anywhere you want. You will enjoy all the privileges of a sustainable electric scooter without the disadvantages of owning one. felyx offers a door-to-door mobility solution, so no more anxiety from traffic jams and parking issues. We will ensure that the e-scooters are always charged. All you need to ride is this app.
User functions:
Localize available e-scooters
Activate and deactivate felyx scooters (no keys, tags, or PINs)
Obtain e-scooter status information, such as battery charge and GPS location
Reserve an felyx scooter (15 minutes for free before riding)
Add payment details for the payment of rides
Review ride information

The map that navigates you to a scooter is terrible. I unlocked some scooters that didn’t work and I still had to pay. Phoned Felyx for a reimbursement but they referred me to their email address — I sent an email but they didn’t reply. Poor service that’s why I rate them bad.
Very cool! Very easy to use and enough zip to get about. Love it.
Good mode for short trips. Wish they’d be speed unlocked for people witha motorcycle drivers license…

The app is good and I love the concept but there are rarely scooters on zones south of the river so it’s a bit pointless. So many scooters end up in random places where they are clustered, like 19 in a tiny spot somewhere in Schiedam this am or often at some hockey club way north. At one point this week there were more scooters in those two places than the entire centre of town. This business model panders to selfish people who hog scooters so others can’t use them. Felyx need to work on this.
cool idea and everything works pretty well. except the city centre of the hague.is very difficult to figure out with the map, should use colored blocks (like the ios app) to show the zones so you leave the scooter in the right spot after use!
Very nice service. A bit confusing and lengthy to get until first ride , but after that it’s easy and straight forward
Easy peasy transport, can be more expensive than public transport.
Great travel alternative. App is comprehensible and easy to use. Some adjusted or extra functionalities would be nice; e.g. fastest route in app-navigation or remove the autozoom while you locate the scooter.
Works perfect, but some color for city parts that are and aren’t within the service area (e.g. Den Haag centre) would be nice…
