Im using it for 1.5 weeks and still trying the basic exercises first, it’s very good apps, there are videos to guide you and a lot exercises to get the focus area for your muscle. Some advanc exercises require additional payment but still u can get many advantages from the standard exercises

Great app the first week was far too hard for me and based on my feedback after each sesh the ai coach adjusted week 2 back a couple notches in terms of types of exercises and volume of reps/sets to make the workouts challenging but achievable. looking forward to seeing how the ai coach evolves with me over the coming 10 weeks. I would also like to request for the app to allow us to combine some gym equipment into our workouts as an option just like it gives us an option to sprint.

Awesome Works great

I hate the top down approach of this game. Basically you start with 50 of exercise a round and go down (40,30,20,10) . And if you don’t do all of them, you aren’t doing anything. I wished it would track just the rounds as well. But no if you can’t do all the rounds, you did nothing.
