So far, so good. But… I’ve only used this for a few days, but I’m liking it so far. I like being able to add a description for the goal. I use it to add a reminder of why I set the goal – keeps me on track. The frequency setting is nice. If I want to do something on just Wednesday & Sunday I can choose just those days without having to recreate it for each additional day. I do wish I could add notes if I miss a goal that way I can keep track of any distractions that are keeping me from my goal.
Easy to use You improve the things you pay attention to. This goal tracker app is helping me create good habits because it’s easy to track my daily actions and look back over time to see progress. You can enter whatever goals are important to you and decide how frequently you want to do them. Make your bed! Eat vegetables! Exercise!
