Great game, didn’t realize connect 5 could be so intense I do need to use back arrow often as sonetimes the game places stone adjacent to where I intended; I have a hard time hitting the exact intersection

Best gomoku game ever. Its kinda frustrating when just beginning but its fun when you get the hang of it. Please add more layers of difficulty, and create a puzzle like sequence to be solved. Also bluetooth or hotspot multiplayer would be great. KUDOS!!!

This is a game I used to enjoy many many years ago when computers were mono colored screens. It is truly great to have this challenge back. I have given this game a pretty good rap and yet it requests me to rate it at the end of every game. Really? Still happening. Love the game, a real challenge. So stop asking me. haha

Fun game to kill some time but I find it very difficult to defeat taking some of the fun out of it. No explanation for some of the rules like 3+3 which has caused me grief and I don’t understand why. The Pente game I used to play was nearly exactly the same but gave you capture skill making it possible to be more competitive. I would still recommend this to others.

Thank you for your comment. The rule of 3+3 bans a move that simultaneously forms two open rows of three stones (rows not blocked by an opponent’s stone at either end). See en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gomoku

Great game. Lots of thinking involved. Thousands of different ways the game can progress.

i found this game to be surprisingly fun! it is really challenging but simple… however, i wish there was a place that would explain exactly what the weird rules are… p.s. it may have taken me 30+ tries, but i finally beat cheng! download and you will understand.

Love gomoku. I wish the controls for placing stones worked like it does in the go free app where you see red lines guiding the stone placement. As it stands, the stone is almost never placed where I actually want it.

I love the game and the way it works. Would give 5* of there was a QUIT GAME button. What is strange is that there is such a button on my daughter’s phone!

We’re sorry if you’re seeing a problem with the app. “Quit Game” is only available while you are in a match so please check this is when you are looking for it. This is a cool game! It’s like the board game Pente without capturing the opponent’s pieces. It’s hard to beat. Frustrating, but fun!

The game plays well and there are enough skill levels to keep things interesting. However, the graphics suck and therefore I don’t want to spend much time playing this game.

Awesome game, I do recommend it a lot. Very very few to no adds so that is great. Just wish they could add Pente play option to it. Or a 4 player game too. Otherwise please download, it’s great

Great implementation of an old time favorite game. Allows one or two player mode, and opponents in the app are great challenge.

Lots of fun. Works great. One ad after every few matches, not bad.
