HAPPN, how does it work?

1. Every time you cross paths with someone in real life, their profile shows up on your timeline!
2. You can check out the profiles on the timeline whenever you want. You’ll be able to see the number of times you’ve crossed paths with someone, as well as the time and place of your last encounter.
3. There’s someone you like? Like them secretly: they won’t find out… unless the interest is mutual! But you can also choose to be noticed by sending a Charm.
4. And when you’ve both liked each other, you have a Crush, which allows you to start a conversation.

HAPPN was designed on the basis of mutual opt-in: you’ll never receive any messages from people you haven’t liked.

Here at HAPPN, your privacy is a priority: be assured that on happn, your localisation is always invisible to other members!

Downloading HAPPN and using the service is completely free! The “Charm” feature is optional. It is free for women while men need to pay to use this option. Men get several Charms for free when they first sign up.

I like the idea, and unlike tinder actually encourages you to leave the house. Problem is it seems very glitchy. For example, I accidently set men to on and even though I kept turning it to off, it would keep going back

The Idea is pretty good I’m only rating 5 stars cause apparently you run out of “Likes”, have that in mind. If you rate 5 Stars they give you extra Likes/Charms, if you want some more you need to invite 5 Friends, then you’ll have to buy em

I think there are a large quantity of fake male profiles on here. Great app concept – it’ll be better once they have real people using it.
