Hello. I have a problem with Lego Super Mario. He is just stop working, don’t scan the barcodes. Does not collect coins. Color distinguishes and sees suits. It was not physically damaged, stored neatly in a box, each set in separate bags. We play in android app from google play. Completely removed the application and knocked down all the settings and rebooted, all that is possible. Nothing helped. What should we do? The son was very upset, this is his favorite toy now.

Hi there, Seems like your sensor isn’t working properly. Please got to your settings, chose “for grown ups” and click on “restore your LEGO Mario”. The reset can take up to 30 mins. If this does not help, we’ll need to exchange your figure. Get in touch with our customer service over the phone LEGO.build/Service-Gplay, we’d love to help!

Love mario but only gave 4 stars because when I want to listen to music and use mario lego set at the same time I can only log onto 1 blue tooth at a time. I love to listen to music and do lego at the same time so something needs to be sorted out cause not everything has an aux cord attachment and if it does then my phone needs to be by the device and im not going to move the table to my stereo or able to move my stereo system into my kitchen so this is not the best idea. They need to come up with being able to hook upto a few different blue tooth things at once to solve this issue cause I’m not going to buy another device for mario lego.

App is great for assembly instructions, and level playing worked well first time, but then after making a different level, it didn’t recognise Mario starting and so didn’t pick up level completion, coins, etc. Had to restart app and turn Mario off and on again to work properly. App has also decided to close while trying to take photo of level post-completion, and has forgotten details on restart, so hard work setting up and son’s achievement at completing level has been lost. Please fix ASAP!!!

The moment we have all been waiting for is here LEGO MARIO!!! I dont have any sets yet but from what i have seen so far its great there are fun challenges to do easy instructions to follow and way more if you connect your lego mario you can see how much coins you have collected on your device thats why this app deserves five stars!!
