app is fine, there is no place to write review about the driver so I am writing it here. A 5 star rated driver charged me with 75 dollers worth damage. there is no way I could prove that I was framed for a greater scale? just bcoz of 3 images from different angles. one of which was his already dirty seat. customer service is horrible as well. the driver’s name was Brewster btw, in chicago.
Love the app, but….there needs to be a way we as drivers can alert customers if we have access to military bases. I am in a military town and have base access and one out the complaints I here the most is customers having issues with driver who don’t have base access and not getting there food. This would help stop any issues in this area.
Lyft’s competitor, Sidecar, has an app that does not require Facebook login. I completely agree with outsourcing user authentication, but since this is an Android app, Google authentication should be an option.

I’d love to use it..but since it required Facebook there is NO way. Uninstalling. Thanks for the tip about Uber – good to see a service that is in-tune enough with what people care about so that they don’t require facebook. And by the way, seriously? Facebook? What is this? 2009? Someone need to go and teach this company to update their social media thinking.
