We want to know them, too! And the more we know your pet, the more we can tailor your (and their) shopping experience to be easier, faster and more enjoyable!

Petco’s new app is our next step in achieving that goal. By seamlessly integrating with your existing Pals account and a step-bystep profile you create for your pet, we can create a personalized shopping experience that will allow you to get the things your pets need while also making it easier to spend more time with the your furry, feathery, scaly or slithery loved ones!

To start, create a profile for your pet, be it dog, cat, fish, bird, puppy, kitten, reptile or small animal. Select their species, breed, size and age, and then upload a photo so we can get to know them. You’ll be able to link your Pals account, and we can use past purchases to further personalize your pet’s profile. You can even make multiple pet profiles so every one of your little critters has a distinct shopping experience.

Once your profile is created, your personalized shopping experience will start to take shape. It’s not just petco.com on a screen that fits in your pocket, it’s a completely tailored and curated selection based on your pet’s needs and tastes. You’ll see products we suggest, past purchases — things like food they like and toys and treats we already know they love — and the option to buy what you need without leaving the app. You can also view your order history and have your payment preferences synced from your Pals account!

You’ll also be able to sign up for or manage your Repeat Delivery orders. With Repeat Delivery, you’ll always get the guaranteed lowest prices on the things you need like food, plus you’ll get 5% back in Pals Rewards and two-day shipping will be free for any other purchases you make! Sign-up, pause or cancel right in the app and see delivery status for all your active orders.

Finally, you’ll be able to easily find your closest Petco store and have easy access to our instore experts including certified groomers, trainers and veterinarians. Sync with Google Maps, Apple Maps and Waze so you’ll always know how close you are to a team of people as dedicated and passionate as you are about all animals.
