Extremely user friendly app. Simple to navigate. The complementary suggestions feel useful rather than intrusive. Would like the option of downloading images to review pieces offline, but this limitation seems a common thread among the e-commerce mobile apps. (See also the No Man Walks Alone downloadable app, which I’m guessing shares a similar engine beneath the bonnet.)

Mobile website is unusable due to extreme cumulative layout shift and bloat but automatically redirects to the excellent mobile app. Top experience.

Totally useless app. Checkout straight up doesn’t work. Notifications from the app may be about a specific topic, yet clicking on those notifications just takes you to the home screen. Don’t put out an app if you can’t/won’t do it right. It serves no one.

I was trying to study more on fashion with this app, my friend have it in his Iphone and it worked well. But for Samsung I can’t login, so I tried being a guess but the page said “error loading data, please check your connection”. I have great connection on my phone and wifi. I turn off my wifi and restart my phone. Nothing changed.

Terrible app, unfortunately. Love mr porter and I have made dozens of purchases. But this app is stopping me from buying anything! Every time you look at anything and go back it reverts to the top and removes all the filters.it never remembers where you are in the search pages. I got too frustrated and give up

Very user friendly, fast, not too intuitive as some apps, which allows you to go back without starting over. I hate apps that are too aggressive. I like to be in charge. Great working with this app.

Smooth experience. I particularly love being able to search a specific designer. I think the app could be cleaner without too many photos when searching for categories, but it’s not a deal-breaker.

as a first time customer, I gave this a try today. Placed an order and used my Debit Card for the payment. It went smoothly, my account was deducted immediately. Then got an email asking for 4-6 auth code that I should get from my bank which I was able to provide. Then next email said that my order was cancelled as it was not authorized. Very frustrating since my bank said they did not decline anything on their end. Now I don’t have my order and my funds are still not on my account.

About the search engine, once you type the wrong information then press enter, there’s no going back! If the search engine have the abilities to edit words, it would be more user friendly. Hope can see each product made from where under the description.

The sold out items are still listed and it’s really disappointing to see items that I like are sold out even though I put a filter criteria, per my size. Items should only be listed as per selected criteria and with in stock. Hope this will be fixed.

Usually great, but if you click on an email link it will bring up the app only to then just close, no error messages. A bit hard to shop any email only links

Probably the best UK online store for high end or even mid range brands. Prompt delivery, easy to use. Price is also very much competitive compared to others.
