Prey Anti-Theft user reviews:

Android 2.3.4, HTC evo shift. Made sure Prey has admin rights. Current password is alphanumeric. Tried to use Prey to lock the phone and change code. Does not work whether set to missing or not.

Sad to report that the PREY service doesent work on my phone, never generates reports at all but it works fine for PCs. Rated 1 as there is no clear route to support (such as no support email address / ticketing system) and that its never worked on my device over 9 weeks. Freinds also on Galaxys2 have replicated the same issue with reports never being generated. The support doesent seem that helpfulland the details online dont seem to have any fix in place for this. So uninstalling this app. If they can fix it to work on Samsung Galaxy s2 then Id certainly be interested but for now im trying another app. Samsung Galaxy S2 / Android 4.0.4

Girlfriend and I bought gs2 when it came out and her and I installed this app just in case. Other week she lost phone hiking and this saved the day. GPS was slightly off (¼mi.) but still allowed us to find her phone

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Been using it for years and is great for peace of mind.
