Refocus – Lets you focus on your work

[App] Refocus – Minimalist Pomodoro Timer

Refocus  The Pomodoro Technique is a popular time management method.

The technique uses a timer to break down work into intervals, traditionally 25 minutes in length, separated by short breaks.

With a minimalist dark theme, Refocus lets you focus on your work at hand, without blinding you with a light mode or distracting you with a clunky interface.

Coming up next – later this year – you will have the option of signing up for a free account to sync your settings between devices.
Afterwards, Slack integration will allow you to automatically update your status during work timers. Teams and Discord integration will follow shortly after.

If you have a feature or feedback then we would be delighted to hear it. You can email us at hello[at]

Refocus user reviews :

app misbehaves in terms of text size and theme. when I increase my text size in Xiaomi Poco f3, the text of the timer and “Work timer” text is out of order and isn’t like how the app should look like. and when I turn on dark theme, the play, pause, skip buttons turn dark and don’t look good with the dark green background.

  • Thank you for your feedback. To help us solve this issue it would be really helpful to get a screenshot of the app. In the meantime, we will investigate and try to resolve the problem.
Good App! simple and easy to use but it took me a while to know to skip the breaks and go back to the work timer. I recommend that you should say in the app description how to skip timers, or add a mini tutorial. That way it would be a lot easier to know how to use it efficiently.

  • Thank you for taking the time to give us valuable feedback. We have recently added media buttons to faciliate skipping forwards and backwards, and will continue to consider options for a tutorial as we appreciate that the swipe mechanic is not as intuitive as we originally thought.
The app is nice but it would become more useful just by adding a pause button and an alarm sound of timer completion not just vibration

  • Hi there – there should be a notification sound when the Pomodoro completes. Have you checked that the notification sounds are enabled?
Its a nice app, doing great so far, however, it would be nice to have an option to change the currently green theme into other colors such as pink.

  • Thank you for your feedback. We are working on such a feature.
Nice. Be good if there was a widget / widgets for running the timers. Also, it doesn’t have a landscape mode currently.

Nice application. Could you add a record page where we can see the amount of done sessions for today and yesterday?

  • Hello there! Thank you for your suggestion – we will add this feature to our backlog. If you have any additional feedback then we would love to hear it at hello[at]

A simple pomodoro app. Clean and easy to use – though given that I helped with the art for it, I’ll admit to a little bias!

Quite simply the most elegant Pomodoro app on the Play Store! It’s not flashy – and nor should it be – but it features everything that you could ever want from a Pomodoro app, wrapped in a beautiful package. Best of all? There’s no ads!

why cant i skip short breaks , tell me developer “)
  • Mlem
