This has made my life so easy. I can sync my entire music collection over LAN , backup my pictures over both LAN and internet. The control it provides is amazing. I can even tell it to overwrite files using the remote copy if the file has changed somehow. Encrypted transfers are also possible. I love this.
Reliable synchronisation tool. Easy to use if you stick to basic set up and folders. Using and understanding more complicated arrangements is less intuitive and requires experimentation prior to running on live data. The documentation could be more helpful in this regard. However, in years of use I’ve never experienced a loss of data as reported by some other reviewers. I am currently syncing 3TB over 5 devices, some of which are encrypted on a remote network. As far as I can tell, all is well!
I wanted to be able to sync real time or when I choose to certain folders across certain devices: phones and tablets to my home windows server, principally photos but other documents to. This is it. Also works across the internet most excellently. Completely peer to peer and encrypted. LOVE IT! Devs: please can you add ability to choose sync folder location when scanning a QR code and ability to change folder location and permissions after setup. Really great app.
I have finally got an app that works across Windows, Android and IOS. This app takes a bit of setting up and learning about but its worth the effort. I now have a folder on my android mobile, iPad and Windows laptop that sync files across all 3 machines effortlessly with fast share times.
Awesome app which allows for multi device sync without the cloud. i use it to sync all my media between phone, computer and NAS. Love it
