Reversi – Have the majority of discs turned to display your color

[Game] Reversi

Reversi  A strategy board game for two players.

The game Reversi was invented in 1883 in London by two English men and renewed popularity in Japan later. Now Reversi is popular in Japan and France.

There are 64 identical game pieces called disks, which are light on one side and dark on the other. Players take turns placing discs on the board with their assigned color facing up. During a play, any discs of the opponent’s color that are in a straight line and bounded by the disc just placed and another disc of the current player’s color are turned over to the current player’s color.

The object of the game is to have the majority of discs turned to display your color when the last playable empty square is filled.

Reversi user reviews :

Note to programmers – When I lose, the last move happens almost instantly followed immediately by the who won banner. It’s impossible to see what the last move was. Could you please put in a short delay before the banner pops up? Fix this and you’ll get my blessings and five stars. Thanks

  • Thanks for opinion. I Will see what I can do

Really impressed. Bluetooth multi-player is a killer feature! This is an honest game with excellent functionality and intuitive interface. Reviews complaining about lack of players is harsh, this isn’t a well played game worldwide unfortunately.

Good game filir those who like this type. Controls simple, twt effective. Sound is pleasant.

  • Thanks Mohamad for commenting Othello!

there is no problems with this application. I am a strategic guy and find this app to be highly shared. I really like it. high praises to the Man up stairs.

Great app, great developer, no complaints at all.

There is no online mode

  • The is online mode, but the app have to small count of online players.

Clean and simple Reversi, when you just want to play a quick game for fun & don’t want Share on Lacebook for 500 Coins popups every minute. The online stuff is there when you want that, is out of the way when you don’t. Wish there were more games designed that way. Cheers.

I’ve enjoyed Othelo for years & now get to enjoy it even longer through your app. Thanks!

  • Thanks for Othello review!

Nice game, enjoyable to play, but needs instructions in-game for how to play. I had to Google the instructions the first time I played it. Or if there IS a “how to play” menu in-game, make it easier to find. I looked all over and couldn’t find it.

Just like the original board game I received as a kid….. Retro Rocks!!!! One game is never enough. Thank you for the greatest game ever…

Works well. Looking forward to trying the upper levels

Enjoy playing the game Interesting and challenging

Good game. Plays well. Not very challenging, but good enough to pass a bit of time.

Plays smooth… great blast from the past

Nice look, plays well and quickly. Now if we just had Pente …
