To get started, you must connect your Android device to the same network as your Roku player. You will be asked to sign-in to your Roku account.

HAVING TROUBLE FINDING YOUR ROKU PLAYER?

Note: If the app does not recognize your Roku player (you see a “Player Not Found” message after you sign in), try the going network setup again on your Roku player. This will wake your Roku player on your home network. Then, select “Try Again” in the Roku app.

Streams music from my phone easily, remote works well, decent layout. Would like to stream video from phone, would like to use keyboard to find Pandora stations and the like. Also would like to browse things to watch on phone the way u can w netflix/ps3.

I love the Rok player and this app is a cool addition. I use it so my roommate can have the remote and I can control using my phone. This way we don’t have to toss the remote back and forth. Like: Photo slide shows on tv. Wish: I wish I could install/remove apps while watching something else. Stream content to my phone. Dislike: Nothing at the moment.
