Actually there are no others known software that made Sygic exports favorites POI.
With Rupi Manager you can easily let Sygic import POI from TXT CSV KML GPX sources,
made a Sygic POI backup, and import/export from another navigator program.
EG: you can made Sygic import POI from CSV or GPX files suitable for Garmin POI Loader.

Just remember to activate the user POI – PDI category display in Sygic Settings

HOW TO LINK TO SYGIC NAVIGATOR

Rupi Manager automatically scans your device searching for Sygic navigator installation.
You can browse your custom navigator poi categories under the tab ‘Navigator Categories’.
By default, for safety, you cannot overwrite your navigator categories
You can also send a single POI directly to Sygic for immediate use
