SINoALICE user reviews :
The game has beautiful art style, and an interesting enhancing mechanism (i.e. for the weapon and armors). The story is interesting also, and is executed wonderfully. My only concern is the rates, and the price for those rates. However, I am aware that these are issues that are subject to change, as the game just launched. Overall, my experience with the game has been wonderful, and I love Parrah and Noya. Their expressions, mannerisms, and dialogue are hilariously adorable.
Personally, I think the game is great, and the storytelling catch my impression. This is the first time I’ve ever impressed by a game with it’s way of storytelling. The gacha isn’t that bad, and you can reroll your first gacha for free until you get what you want. Now the problem is the game is a little bit buggy. Sometimes it won’t load when I change my screen except I close the game and reload it. Until it’s fixed, I give this a 4 stars.
The reviews saying ‘you can just put battles on auto’ are wrong. That may work in the beginning but the game shows its depth at chapter 5. While not ‘ground breaking’ (what is these days?) it’s a gorgeous game with interesting stories that plays really well. Don’t be fooled by how easy the beginning is. This game will test your build and play style after a few days.
Artwork is well done, story is Yoko Taro standard twisted (in a good way), and music is top notch. I can only give it 4 stars, because the gameplay so far is… kinda meh. You only control one character at a time, and character class doesn’t seem to mean anything outside of what specific items you can equip. Once you level up some good gear, you can pretty much just auto-mode every stage. I’ll keep playing for a bit, since I was looking forward to this, but outlook isn’t great.
So far, its honestly fun. Ive been playing for about 7 hours and as a person who likes dark vibes in media, i am really enjoying this. The art style is as cute as it is dark, the music is great, and keeps the vibe. The voice acting is as can be expected from an asian game, that is, great. I can see myself investing a lot of time in this. I have lost data due to an error 40003 that makes me unable to play the game until i reinstall. Thats a lost star
I really enjoy this game. It is well put together from it’s aesthetics, it’s story, to it’s art design and so on. My only real critique is the battles. I feel that the battles are a bit too easy but also I feel that in comparison to the rest of the game, it is a bit lacking in aesthetics; the characters in their respective jobs should have unique attacks and scenic cut-ins amongst themselves. It would be nice for the enemies to have more health as well. I highly look forward to the game’s growth
