With Tasks you can build powerful lists, colour code them and then manage them with intuitive gestures like drag and drop to re-prioritise or swiping to delete.

This app is great! And I love that everything can be color coded but I would like it if you could turn off and on tasks? Some of my routine tasks I cant do becuase of work or other events that come up, and I would like to be able to turn them off so they dont get tallied up with the other tasks I can do, if u could add this (if it is already there u can let me know) I’d greatly appreciate it, thank you! EDIT: it took me a little while to figure out how to do it, but I did it! Thank you!

Nevaeh, you could simply move the tasks you cannot do to a “To Do” list. When you are ready to do them simply move them to your actual list. If you need more help just email me. You’re welcome. Happy organising Steve

Just started delving into this app and already liking its ease of use. I like you can duplicate tasks, edit then move to other task lists, I’m liking the recurring funtion as I have tasks that happen weekly. Loving the colour coding it makes it clear to see the tasks related together. A function I would like which I can’t see, maybe I haven’t found it yet, is to have several reminders for a task. So I can set a reminder at a time before the task as well as on time.

I love using this!! Especially since it has widgets on Samsung devices. It makes it super easy to make reminders, notes, tasks and sub tasks to make sure its in as much depth as you need. ONE THING: Maybe I just haven’t seen this function yet, but it could be really useful if it could be spread over devices, wether you can save everything to your google account or make some way to transfer stuff from one device to another.

It’s excellent if you don’t make the mistake of using the sub-tasks feature. Sub-tasks are broken. Well, they kind of work as long as you don’t care whether the app correctly remembers which sub-tasks are complete and which ones are incomplete and don’t mind if the app just randomly changes that for you behind your back.

Nitrode, you are the first to repot any issues with sub tasks. Sub tasks will complete when you mark the parent task as completed. Maybe this explains what you are seeing? If not, please email me and help improve Tasks for everyone. Thanks, Steve

Closest app to what I was looking, missing some small details to be perfect: -The ability to have a more compact task list display option for the widget (just like the Confort / Cosy / Compact in the app). -The ability to choose a sound to be played when a task is clicked (becomes addictive and helps with boring daily tasks) I will happily give a 5 star review for this app as soon as those are integrated. Hi, some nice suggestions. Tasks is a community driven hobby project of mine with the most popular suggestions added over time.
