I love this classic game! I also really like the 8-bit theme, an almost exact replica of the GameBoy version of the game. However, I feel like this game can use some more themes. A standard theme should be added. And maybe you can team up with SEGA for a Puyo-Puyo inspired theme? Also, it’d be really cool if you could add a GameBoy control sceme: a D-Pad and two buttons that do the same as they did on the GameBoy. And maybe you can add challenges of some sort. Keep on the good work!

The controls are unusable at high speeds. Please add a way to use physical buttons instead of swiping… I’d like to see saves added so I can take breaks. I’d also like to see banner ads instead of video ads. For an alternative, I’d recommend TetrisPure, as it has customizable button controls that allow you to play pretty consistently and easily. You may have to search for an APK on the web to find it. Jstris also works in web browser, though I keep forgetting to try that out.

It’s definitely a good start and could be THE Tetris for mobile. I feel the playing field is a bit small the and 3d looking blocks are a little awkward. The main problem I have is how well it runs. I do have an older phone, but this is Tetris. The game shouldn’t be too resource intensive. The option to have a more minimal and classic look might help with that. Either way I’ll keep it around and keep my fingers crossed.

It’s a good Tetris game with no gimmicks. That even includes the lack of a save feature or a level skipping feature found in most modern Tetris games. The controls are very good for a touch screen game, and there’s even a slider to control the sensitivity. If you’re an experienced Tetris player and don’t have time to sit and play non stop, then the lack of a save feature may annoy you as it did with me. But if you’re just looking to kill some time with a classic Tetris game, this is for you.

I’m so glad to see that there’s an official Tetris game again. This game is great overall especially since it doesn’t bombard you with a bunch of unnecessary power ups and alternative gamemodes. The one problem I currently have with this game though, is the fact that your progress doesn’t save. Each time you launch the app you start a new level. Please change that so that it saves progress. Other than that, I love this version of Tetris

As a game, it’s bare bones. As a Tetris game, it’s still bare bones. But what people aren’t seeing here is that this is the framework of a possibly very nice, feature rich take on Tetris. In its current state, yeah, you can play it. You can have fun with it. Might not quite be as enjoyable as say, Gameboy Tetris because of the lack of physical buttons for control, but swiping and tapping works just fine for a quick, casual game while you sit on the bus or something to that effect.
