More info on permissions:
Internet” is used to access Market,Dropbox,ChangeLog.
Accounts” is used to access Market.

Some advice:
We recommend to avoid “modified” TB versions because they can cause various problems down the road.

Titanium Backup user reviews :

Great Works exactly as it should, best in its category. For it to work on 5.0 I had to uninstall the pro key and delete the folder on the SD card that the key made, then I could restore with apps with data one by one. A bad workaround , but it works.

Awesome app Would give it 6 stars if possible.
