It used to be an excellent web-based tool. The apps were fair. Over a year ago, the SAAS was sold to a company called Pink Java. Pink Java claimed excellent experience, but in reality it’s a group of salespeople with minimal technical abilities. As best I can tell, the entire tool is loosely managed by one person who used to to promise a lot and deliver nothing, now he’s gone dark too. The end result is that Toodledo is glitchy and vulnerable.

Love the subtasks. Needs more integration. Less reliance on in-house programming. Copying Google reminders and tasks and syncing with IFTTT or zapier and Asana/Trello would be great.

Simply the best. I’ve tried the others. Yes, they look better, but nothing beats the extreme control to customize that you get here.

This is the best To Do List app I’ve tried and I have tried many. I use it both on the web and my android phone. Syncs great. It allows sorting by pretty much every data point: task name, folder, tag, context, date added, date modified, priority, due date. Really fantastic if you like looking at your whole list but seeing it sorted in different ways depending on your priority at that moment. Truly thankful I finally found this one!

best GTD website. This client is nice because it allows access to all the other bells and whistles on the site (lists, habits, etc).

I rely on the web interface of Toodledo on a daily basis at work, and the app is okay for quickly adding tasks. But why is Due Time not an option for sorting in the app? I can sort by due date, and then the next sort level should be due time, but that’s not even an option. Please add this to the app!

I love everything this app can do. I used it for a quite some time and really liked it’s functionality and features. BUT.. I just couldn’t get past the UI. It feels outdated and clunky. The design is just not on par with other contenders in the field. If it got a makeover, I could definitely use it again.

An excellent organizer for your daily tasks, rich with features for repeating, adding alarms and notes.
