There is a big glitch for me… When you get tree world and sign into a account, it will have you do the tutorial, well, when I try to plant the mushrooms, it doesn’t work, and when I went out of the app, it doesn’t load back in, please fix this, I’ve downloaded over and over trying- it’s getting annoying :/ I want my account back that I’ve been playing with since it came out! I worked so hard!

A few bugs but a very relaxing game. Easy and so many cute animals. A very helpful support team. I could not get into my old accounts and their data was gone. They gave me a compensation package that exceded my expectations.

Omg they are toooooo kind. They replace my limited critters with things that help me to get my critters back. I play this game since 2012 and i am very enjoying this game like others. And i will play it and teach my kids to play it thank u treeworld customers matthew who help me to solve this. I am very thank u for everythiiiinggggg if i could give 100stars. It’s a really fun game! But I just have one issue, the scrolling is really hard and glitchy. it would be great if you fixed the scrolling and made it smoother and easier to use

Y’all I was 12 when I discovered this game and forgot about it. Now I’m 18 and I love it. It’s my favorite online/offline game honestly. I love getting new critters and I’m very OCD so I like getting two of a kind, and making my tree very orderly. It’s not a game you play all the time but if you open it a few times a day it pays off!

Matthew helped immediately with returning missing critters, thanks so much Matthew. Update really made a difference though I still need to uninstall then reinstall to get the update. Is an awesome game & grateful for the update. My daughter just lost her Ghostie & another time my otter with trading with Pippy & was resolved quickly by Matthew through email. Tree world is getting much better now with updates. Trading is so much fun for critters I need.

A very nice and relaxing game, I’ve played it since I was like 7 and I still enjoy it

I enjoy the game but it really crashes in android. Critters constantly appear as clocks only and not giving tree foods. What a sadness..

The perfect example of what a mobile game should be. Things that bring you back every day, collecting things, just something to play daily for a little (or a lot) of time :) The only complaint I might have is that they don’t update it much, but I still think it’s a great game with all of the things that are already in it
