Uber Fleet user reviews :

When the driver is on trip, the live location does not update when you click on the car. The number of trips the app records is always lower than the actual number of trips. Trips taken between 12am and 8am does not show. The last seen location is always the place where the driver dropped off the last driver. At least it should be where the driver went offline.

When driver goes to the offline we can’t track the car so add the option that can track the car even on the offline mode.

Kindly, Improve on the current update. The App keeps on hanging each time you try to open it. Make it easy and efficient to navigate through.

there is a bug in this app. support messages can not be read after using the app for a while. Find new drivers option doesn’t work it is given in the help section but Uber fleet match for finding new drivers doesn’t show up.

It’s need to improve. Driver can’t see whole trip. Even sometimes issues occurred due to payment with customers and there is no any place or way where we can talk urgently.

Great app. Can be improved by adding more details of the trip (i.e when it os on its way for pickup, etc)

Many drivers are cheating Its not showing driver location after Offline And You have to calculate all kilometers in one day, even if the driver is offline Please update like this app

Request you to add “driving preference” to the Uber fleet app so we as a fleet operator can see live what my driver have choose/selected option the preference to drive.

At the start i loved this app but here recently this app has gone downhill. Been waiting over a week to have my insurance problem fixed so i can start doing this during these hard times. They are extremely slow and extremely aggrivating dealing with this situation. Whenever i message the support i get the same response….we are working on it….not helpful at all. When i called uber support i was helped and was satisfied with the end result and thought this would have been handled but it hasn’t

Good one helps in keep an eye on performance

this app didn’t show/differentiate the onlne payment and the cash payment. please do something for this. weekly deposition of payment in bank account also have to display on screen with differentiations of cutting money of various things like uber service, tolls etc. when cab is online, after booking, plz show the information abot the payment ( is it in cash or online ). thank you.!!

This app is awsome but some minor bug fix required like app does not show correct earning or pending payments…

As per my understanding Lots of changes required in this application to make it perfect 1.It should show the driver location in offline mode as well. 2.Payment statement should be easier to understand. 3.It should have option to check the cancelled trip as well. 4.It should show the correct time and date in pay statement from few weeks it’s showing incorrect trip timings in fleet app and customer care also don’t have any options to correct it. 5. Should have option to raise the complaint/suggestions to company in help section so that we can raise any trip concern to uber via fleet app as well instead of going to driver app or contact centre. Thanks
