It gets hard, but that’s ok. Till you get to level 109 then it’s impossible. I don’t mind replaying it several times to get there, but when you have only 4 impossible letters that will never make a word and never can change, then it’s simply a waste of my life to continue to try. And you can’t leave the level when you know it’s impossible to complete! I am uninstalling it.

I wish I could love this game. I enjoy it but…..my two main issues are the difficulty level and glitches. I love a challenge as I am very good at word games, but some levels are nearly impossible to get by without helps and I can’t afford to keep getting them for a “free” game . I played this for a while a year ago, stopped and came back and not much has changed. It constantly freezes to the point of my having to restart my phone. I like the no ads at least.

I just recently started playing this game again, it’s been years since I’ve played it…I still love it, no trouble with it freezing up, but I’m stuck on “Level 68,”…There are “W’s” on each side & I’ve only been able to clear 2 of them, so far… I’ve tried several times, I guess this will end it for me, unless someone can tell me how to solve this level… Thanks!

Cannot buy gold and my infinity tile that allows me unlimited moves or time is now missing. I want it back. This game is beyond frustrating. I needed one more move to complete a level and needed a bomb buster . It would not allow me to buy it. Several other user’s are having difficulty with the same issue. Please fix this and I want my infinity boost back!!!

Love the concept of the game, but it constantly freezes and does not respond. It frequently crashes. You can playing a level and it will freeze and then you have to start all over again a have to use more lives. It will just go to a black screen and become unresponsive. It makes my whole tablet unresponsive. I love this game ,but it has too many issues. I stopped playing over a year ago because of the same issues and nothing has changed.

I do like the game and I’ve been playing for a long time but it has become very frustrating. Whenever I’m down to 10-11 for energy and I try to play a game, it tells me I have lost my connection to the server and I need to refresh. When I do this, of course I lose that energy and have to wait. So it’s like it was taken from me. The cost of gold is extremely expensive. Why can’t you earn gold? Again, very frustrating…..and the game works very slow regardless of the device play it on.

I love this app… when it works right. It’s a very fun word game, but after it stopped working on my Kindle I tried downloading from the Google Playstore and after a day I received an error trying to login. Trying to go through support and report the issue required a lot of information regarding IDs and I could not locate the information to report it. I can still play, but I can’t save my progress across devices currently. It really is a fun app though, so there’s that.
