Seems pretty easy to use etc. When I phoned them to talk about how the cover works (which is recommended) the man was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Great alternative insurance to cover you by the hour! App is easy to use.

Make it possible to remove work providers that the system adds incorrectly. Paying is always easier than getting a refund for the mistakes.

The only good thing is that you can pay by the hour, but this also has a drawback. I stop working at 10pm and they charge me for the insurance until 22:30 pm second, my friends give their codes to other people for insurance and they take £ 10 each, I give my code and we didn’t take anything. Personally, I’m not particularly happy 9

Very simply way and perfect for me to have pay as you go cover

The customer service is excellent! I have never had such a helpful, patient, friendly and polite people to talk to and to encourage me that they will make sure to help me out til the end. The app itself is so easy to use and it is made for everyone from PAY AS YOU GO to monthly and yearly payment. I highly reccomend it.

many hours p/d = expensive. Daily threshold required. Would like to see my bill detailing each run by hour, min ,sec and fee similar to a telephone billing statement. Love the UX. Been using it for two months and still learning where my money is going. The billing should be done in realtime

Great customer service, very easy sign up process.

Very easy to use and set up. Links to uber so you don’t need to worry about activating when working.

The app worked fine number of months with casual crashes, but nothing major. But finally when I needed it, to top up my account it would just not work. Which ment I could go and work on a busy night…

So far so good. Nice, friendly and easy to use interface. Just using this company and the app for a couple of weeks, and I like all its features. Update it later if something goes wrong.
