I absolutely loved this game, but when I try to play it, even after getting the latest update, I keep getting a message saying “Some files are taking longer than usual to download. Please wait while the download continues.” WHAT download? According to the play store, the download for the update is done. I left it idle all night when I went to bed and it’s still not finished with this supposed ‘download’. UPDATE: It FINALLY finished!!

Zen Koi 2 is a slow, almost mind-numbing game. The goal is to ascend from a koi fish to a dragon through eating. Eating certain creatures increases the koi fish level and pond size. The concept is meant to be meditative, but the execution is boring. The game, from movement to ascension, is slow. If the whole process was faster with more content, the experience can be both relaxing and fun. Do note, it’s important to take into consideration the audience who likes the kind of pacing provided. 2/5.

What an amazing game. It’s oddly adorable and also surprisingly relaxing. I see all the little fish swimming around on the screen, and it just puts me at peace somehow. I’ve played this game befote and am downloading it again. It has been updated and improved with the mechanics and the graphics and I am honestly impressed. Thanks a lot, developers. Zen Koi is really great. 3)

It’s just like the first one. I noticed with this one you can play your dragons for a bit but the issue with the pearls continues here too. One pearl to watch with a video? Don’t you get paid to have us watch ads for different games? Why pay us one pearl? It’s a decent game. There have been some improvements. I’ll give this a try. This company is good about giving feedback. For me, that’s a good reason to try it out.

Beautiful and relaxing. I love this game! The colors and patterns are very enjoyable, and it’s cool to see your fish grow, ascend to a dragon, and make a constellation. I love the personal ponds that you can build and share with friends too.

Stellar game. I played the original Zen Koi and loved it. This one is great and met every anticipation and most expectations that I had for the Zen Koi 2. All the new prey, patterns, and definitely the new colors are the best!

Everything you loved about Zen Koi with new koi patters, colors and food. In the new version, you can manage/decorate your current pond and make constellations in the sky with your dragons. Lots of fun to play!

I love this game! My favorite part us the playable dragon mode, but it’s so fun and soothing and the game is veary smooth barley any lag! I love this game and I totally recommend it!
