This app is available to the employees and managers of companies that use the following ADP products: Workforce Now, Vantage, Portal Self Service, Run, TotalSource, ALINE Card by ADP, Spending Account, and select products outside the US (ask your employer).

It works great for a set amount of days (30 probably). Then it refuses to take your existing password. I login with the same password in the browser fine. I’m not met with an “expired password” notice. It continues to work fine in the browser. The mobile app however will insist it’s a wrong password. As if your password expired for just the mobile app. After that is becomes unusable unless I forcefully reset my password to a new one.
It had been working fine for a long time but now it stopped showing my check stubs and now won’t even let me sign in any longer. The website works fine and was able to fix it so it shows my recent pay stubs again but the app refuses to let me log in. update. the employer could do nothing to fix it other than recommend to uninstall and reinstall at which point it worked again. but that came from my employer instead of adp so I didn’t get any real help from them about the issue.

Have to wait to change or fix a log in. Doesn’ show corrections you’ve made so, you try again and it says there is one, it’s just not being shown for some reason. Very inefficient. I understand a supervisors needs to approve changes, but the pending changes should be shown so we know if they are saved and they are actually there when we go to double check the changes we made. Or, it just crips the changes all together.
I have never had any issues with ADP until a few months ago. The app used to have the quick clock, and other features like how much PTO you’ve accumulated but now the app only shows my pay and wisely pay and nothing else. I’ve done all of the updates and uninstalled and reinstalled it numerous times but it still does not show the other features, and no one at my job has any resolution for this either because no one else has had this issue. How do I get it back working properly with all the feat
