No trash folder. I accidentally deleted 2 pictures when I was mass deleting some blurry and repeat pictures of my pets. I thought I’d be able to recover them and delete the rest but they’re gone. I tested it with another gallery app and sure enough, if you delete from this one, it will delete it permanently from your phone. Otherwise, very good gallery replacement. If this isn’t an issue for you, it’s a great replacement. If not, find an app that has the trash bin option.
I like the app, it’s quite useful. There’s something that gets me annoyed, though. The app keeps rearranging photos in my camera folder. Whenever I edit one photo, I’d see a couple of older photos jumping to the top. It happens every time, and it is really annoying. Also, dark mode, please.
Ok the app is great and all, but when I take out a screenshot of something that’s landscape, it shows portrait, and I can’t get it right, even when I rotate my screen. And when I open it in Al Gallery, portrait wise, it shows me landscape, and vice versa. I’m actually not sure if it’s the app or my phone that’s the problem. This is a new phone anyway
I like this app but it lacks two major things. First it doesn’t have a video preview. When I use Samsung gallery it have a video preview that shows you the video without sound and after pressing open video it opens. The second thing it doesn’t have settings. As we know it all apps should have settings that lets you decide things like backing up your photos and stuff. So please consider this with your next update.

Tools bar is actually the best feature in this app. UI is simple & minimalistic, probably something which everyone would love. Still, I’d expect some customization features like altering grid size. Preview is only monthly view, an option to add day view would be brilliant as well.
Can’t use the app. It gets stuck in a loop asking for permission to view SD card files. I choose the folder on the SD card to allow access (DCIM\Camera), but it goes back to asking for access again. I have cleared data and cache, restarted the phone and uninstalled the app. Still get the same problem on my Motorola G82. Can you look into it? Thanks
The overall experience is good but it still lacks alot of refinement. First of all the pinch to zoom of photos is very poor. It doesn’t allow for close digital zoom atleast 10 times. The pic film is useless cos it’s not well executed, the pic story function doesn’t even work. No dark theme mode and there is a slide delay when u tap on a picture thumbnail before the picture opens up which is very annoying. So i believe u guys can actually do better.
this app was okay then, but recently I’ve been experiencing bugs! everytime i download a photo from facebook, it would be downloaded successfully but when i open it in this gallery it would say “cannot generate the thumbnail”, im really pissed, and also I can’t locate the photos directly bc i have to go to the albums first in order to. plsss fix this, I’ve downloaded a lot of gallery apps since the bugs in this app occured. and they all suck. that’s why i really need u to fix this. thank u.
As others say, needs a Recycle Bin feature and more general customization like how each of the albums would appear to your liking, e.g. show or not show the month/year a group of pictures were taken, how you want the pictures presented once you enter an album. Personally thought it was odd it doesn’t have these kinds of features. Would like to see the app improved and added these features, especially as it seems to be the default Gallery app for the Infinix Hot 9 Play.
