I think there is somthing wrong with this app . Its calculating too low. As a driver we will have to buy fuel and many other things . This app calculate too low. Long distance will calculate rubish. Even if u take the rider to some other places the app will not calculate it. Please work on this app. This app is leading drivers to too much of loss. Thanks.

I rated 5 star but after using it for a month I have to come back and get it back to just one star. The app has so many bug problems. It crashes often. It ends my trip and review fares automatically even when I don’t request for it. Sometimes, to start a trip would be a problem until I restart my device. I don’t know if it’s just the experience in Nigeria or same with other countries.

Hi Guys, it would be thoughtful if after the ride the given stars would be visible for the drivers by the ride details. In this way at least I could guess what I have done wrong when the passenger give less than 5 stars. It will help us to evolve. Sometimes the passenger rates the ride one or two days later after the ride happened, on the opposite site I need to do it immediately otherwise I can’t move forward. There are issue with your app as below: 1. It does not re-route faster 2.Unable to message riders-this increases cost of calling riders 3. When you pick a trip, it says driver did not pick and you’re put offline. 4. Sometimes you dont calculate traffic in your pricing 5. You give too much ‘unnecessary’ discounts to riders at detriment of drivers. 6. You dont display where rider is going even when you arrived at a pick up 7. Your app should be adapitible to least internet connectivity. Thanks

If one trip can reduce your current rate from 5.30 to 4.73 then I don’t know the good use of the app and also I don’t know if this app seriouse. How can you pay your service fee and it will not reflect more than 48hrs and if you send them mail too they want answer you but they will block you when you owe them. If like I can take off the one Star like I will so.
