First off let me say I am addicted to playing this game although I’m quite sad I hear no audio and I wanna hear the cute sounds all the characters make during a win I tried resetting my phone to see if the audio fix was the issue but I still hear no audio from the game. Please fix this

A very cute, fun and addicting game and absolutely love the BT21 stories Update: I tried the fix support told me via email and the app no longer crashes from ads. Changing to 5 star for customer support.

I absolutely love the game! Just currently I have been experiencing problems with loading the main level. I’m currently on level 501 and as soon I click the level to play, the game gets srucn on the loading page and wouldn’t progress any further. The game would start lagging and I can neither play the level nor return to the home screen. Please fix this issue quickly.

Some.levels are extremely frustrating to play. But overall there are a lot of great features built into the game. I hope there will be options to skip levels or replay previous levels too since I’m personally just looking for a casual game and if I”m stuck at the same level for days I’d rather just give up the game altogether.

I’ve been playing this game whenever and wherever, updated done last year took a bit of getting used to but I appreciated the effort gone I to making this game more challenging especially when we progress throught the game. But over the last 3 days been experiencing some issues when the game loads.. unable to play the game. If I uninstall and reinstall will I loose all my data?
