Calendly was simple to set up in 2023. The ‘upgrades’ have complicated the presentation of it. This is annoying and unnecessarily frustrating. A reports feature to generate reports on bookings and cancellations would be useful. It is useful and easy to create a hyperlink to the bookings page. The syncing to calendars is very useful and handy, once set up.
Not straight forward and intuitive to set up . Need a way to say I may be available at certain please click here to reserve a tentative time. I manually set it up by putting a note on the calendry but it should be an option. Developer is something like that possible?
My two favorite things about Calendly are: 1 ) The automatic time zone functionality. I live in Japan, but I work with people from all over the world. It prevents so much confusion. 2 ) It’s very intuitive, which saves a whole lot of time by working with our brains, instead of against them.
Calendly doesn’t have any block list feature. I have been trying to stop a stalker from taking all the available time slots and reported to Calendly multiple times and still no resolution.
This is an amazing experience to be able to use an app. That has everything in order I love colorful apps. I just want to say thanks for a exceptional job that Calendly does standing on business keep up the good work.
I’m mostly relying on the web app, but the mobile app is really helpful when I’m out of the office and need to schedule a meeting on the go and quickly check the upcoming events.
What is the use of having the app if all the things I want to do or edit are done on web? Everytime I have to edit an event, it leads me to the web browser and I’m like then what’s the app for?
calendly is my go to calendaring app. it is fast, easy, customizable, and works in any use case. exactly what the doctor ordered.
Phenomenal, but I would love it if you all would had a search function in the scheduled event’s sections. At times, I really need to go back and search for people I’ve met with, and without a search function, it makes it difficult.
thank you so much This app has helped me a lot and made my career easier as an online Arabic language teacher, I just wish you could add a payment method by wise.
Quite complicated to set up and integrate but really good I think.
I love this app. Its’s fun and easy to use. I just wish that setting appointments would also set alarms or reminders of upcoming meetings for me just like reminder emails go out to invited guests as well. Maybe think about that in your next updates.
really great I just dislike the fact I can’t see/add host notes unless I’m in the browser. would also be nice to have a toggle option between my appointments and the round robin appointments, which again is only available on browser.
I have always loved this Calendky. I use it to have candidates and clients schedule their time with me. Now it is on my phone to alert me when someone has scheduled.
works very well or single events, would love for people to be able to sign up for a course and get their reminder for each session too. easy to use though and quick to set up.
Its integrated with Zoom, notifications & automations when someone books! Great product!
