I most definitely give Capital One mobile app an 5 star rating because, it’s convenient and simpler to use, also it has your credit report and score all into one app. I recommend anyone who has an open account with Capital One should get this app. You won’t be disappointed. I’m happy to receive this app of Capital One it is reliable, quick, and accurate. I’d been with Capital One for many years now and not once have I had any problems with them at all.

Edit: they fixed it! Pretty good app. One thing that’s annoying is that when using Zelle you have to manually type in a phone number or email address rather than create a saved sendee and using that each time which makes paying regular bills unnecessarily time consuming and error prone. If they fixed that I’d give it 5 stars

Needs an update Good app. Serves the purpose for everything that I need in a mobile bank app. However, I am only giving this app three stars because when I go in to deposit a check there is no decimal point included in the keypad to enter the check amount. Being able to deposit checks via mt cell is why i downloaded the app in the first place. PLEASE UPDATE THIS!

Was working until the update From the other comments here, Capital One bought ING and updated the app. I kept getting network access errors after the update so I finally uninstalled it and reinstalled it. It seems to be working again.

What happened? the ing direct app worked great, i downloaded new app capital 360 and now it doesnt have deposit feature and continously ask me to download app. Capitol 360, dont fail me, i loved ing direct innovation and business model.

Even better Thanks for putting the bump money feature back for capital one 360 and now combining credit cards .This APP is the best and easy to use with all your needs .

Bring back the ING app This thing sucks and is so slow. The ING app was solid. The capital one 360 app was an ok replacement. This however just sucks. It’s so slow and buttons everywhere. No wonder people started jumping ship to Ally Bank as soon as they heard capitol one was going to buy ING

Best App Ever Can log into whatever I need asap. They just need to integrate ShareBuilder into it so I Dont have 2 different apps.

Needs to add check deposit!! Still waiting to be able to deposit check with this app. Pretty much every other bank has this option in there app to be able to do this. Please add this to the app.
