Works on Nexus 9 without Bluetooth. Dan Tang indirectly did customer support work that Citrix didn’t do – by identifying that disabling Bluetooth will get the thing to work. Thanks, Dan. After getting past the initial connection, you can use Bluetooth and the app works fine. I’m still giving three stars because the company itself should have either a.) fixed the issue outright or b.) at least notified users of the workaround, rather than waiting three months with an unworkable app for a good Samaritan user to come around like Dan.
