I love this game a lot until recently. But nowadays, whenever I try to play a level, the level doesn’t just open. The screen becomes black and I’m redirected to my homescreen. This is so frustrating. Besides this issue, the overall game is super. I have already played this game once but uninstalled because of some issues then. I have lost most of my progress. Then I completed all the levels from fast food court, bakery, sports bar. Now if this issue isn’t fixed, I guess I’ll have to uninstall.

Like this game a lot. Very fun. Love the improvements you made recently. Thank you! Makes the game more enjoyable. I have missed one thing. You use to have special outfits and decorations during different holidays. Now, you dont. I never understood why. Recently, there is a glitch where this game freezes for no reason, and sometimes when it goes to adds. Nothing is there either.

It’s a pretty fun game. Some things can’t be ungraded without gems and gems, from what I saw, were hard to get without spending money. However the biggest reason for the two stars is 1: some of the ads black out my screen and I have to completely back out of the game just to continue, and the one time there was some kind of event going on and while trying to complete a level it completely froze and continued to freeze no matter what I did.

I have been playing this game for many years and I do agree, its very fun. but the only problem I have at the moment is that when a ad pops up,having short ads here and then is fine but its after the ad. it just crashes and nothing loads and I have to restart the game, go out and go back in. it happens almost after every level and its getting really annoying. I’m sorry, I love your game but please fix this!

Good: The game’s graphics are impressive, and I enjoy the variety of restaurants. Bad: Earning gems can be challenging, and upgrading tools is expensive because you need a lot of gems. It’s frustrating to lose gems without making much progress. Suggestion: I think it would be great if gift gems increased along with the XP level. That way, players could upgrade their tools more easily and complete restaurant levels without feeling stuck.

It is ok I get addicted to the game but unfortunatly I cannot continue playing as there was not enough gems to unlocked new level.If the game has improve I will rate it 5 start
Really like this game but sucks to can’t buy upgrades with money as well as gem or more ways to earn gems.

It says I earned 7 gems and it never applies them, this has happened twice now. I have noticed I have been losing gems after I buy them. I will log off then by the next day I have lost like 5 gems. Very sad I use to love this game.
