You can customize the time in which the ringer will increase and also the minimum and maximum values of the ring volume.
This application is very helpful when you are in your office, at home, in the morning, or in the night, etc…, and you don’t want to be disturbed (you / your near colleagues) by the powerful sound of your ringer. When the incoming call starts ringing at a low volume it allows you to react relaxed. The gentle fade in of the ringtone can be customized to fit your exact needs. In the same time the risk to miss the incoming call it’s quite low, because the volume will rise step by step to the maximum defined value in order to help you hear the ring even if the phone is deep inside your backpack.
Over all, Crescendo Volume has also the possibility to work only in a specified time interval, by changing details in Advanced Options.
The application is very “battery friendly” having a minimum energy consumption. Crescendo Volume starts when an incoming call is received and ends when the call is answered or dropped. It does not run continuously and it does not interrogate periodically the system to see the status of the phone.
Access to Phone Calls is needed for being triggered when an incoming called is received.
Access to network/internet is needed ONLY for Ads.

This is extremely useful for when you want the phone to ring. On the other hand if you ever need your phone to be silent… you can’t silent your phone anymore
This is an old app, but it has worked flawlessly on phones I’ve owned from HTC, LG, OnePlus, and Samsung. It’s so simple,why isn’t this functionality baked into Android?

Works as advertised. Little concerned it does not reset the volume after the call is picked up. But works well. Would also like the schedule more robust so we can set current volumes for different times of the day and week day. Also would love this product to evolve to a similar feature set as CyanogenMod Quiet Hours. To mute notifications and sound the phone in an escalation. Keep up the good work guys!
Another app that brings an old Blackberry function to Android. A gradually rising ringtone has always made the most sense to me. Works on Galaxy Nexus with stock JB 4.2. An ad free upgrade and stability update would be appreciated.
I was using Intelliring but I upgraded to a non-supported phone. I got no help from them so I went looking for a replacement. I found this and haven’t looked back.
Good app. It will be better if you can bring back the volume level to minimum level after answering the call. Otherwise the next call starts ringing louder for a second.

Really good. Does what it says and it’s simple and intuitive to use.
I had tried other ring increasers but I really like the feature that this one kicks in only when there is an incoming call, which means virtually no use of system resources. Note they only work on rings, not alarms.
Once in a while volume starts loud then decreases. Still major cool app. Why isn’t this app on all cellphones? Five stars. Auto update checked.
Can you get it to trigger on notifications too? Any sound other than media would be perfect.
Does what it says. Good if you don’t want other to hear your phone ringing. It gives you time to react (answer/reject) before others hear that your phone rings. I suggest changing the crescendo time to more than 10 sec
