Dragon Trail Hunter World user reviews :

The game has great graphics, and is very smooth, but is completely AUTO/IDLE. What is the point of watching the game play itself, MMORPG games are meant to be hands on, not hands off and allow your phone and the character to just do whatever, including level, select missions and just have it’s own life, I’m always very disappointed when I find out a game that has so much potential, becomes mind numbingly dumb in seconds because I do absolutely not a damn thing.

Started playing, got thru about ten minutes, to the point of getting the pet onion thing, then it crashed to homescreen. After about ten crashes after loading and 3 attempts to “repair client” I decided I don’t want to spend an hour this morning reinstalling and debugging this. Could be a good game, I dunno, I couldn’t find an options screen while it worked in order to see if I could make it run smoother, or turn off music, or whatever else. I don’t have time to be working to play right now.

I’m giving it a 2 cause it atleast looks alright. But, right off the bat, when selecting a class. The voice over is so quiet you can’t hear what they are saying and I cranked my phone up. Then, the voice acting in the game is….bad…like really bad. Like the developers were trying to save money and got the mailroom guy to do it. Not that I’m surprised, after seeing the game was going to be I portrait mode, but it’s auto. You can turn it off, but it was clearly designed like that.

I don’t like how when the characters are speaking, the caption goes away to quickly (not good for deaf people). It should only go away by tapping. I also think the tutorial storyline is a little rushed and confusing. Also, The voices are too quiet. Need to put an adjuster on them in sound effect options. This game feels like it’s still in beta and not in alpha yet. Concept is great though.

First off, you get thrown around in auto … Everything. For players that actually enjoy the story line, this will kick a nerve. Second, I chose an arial character that I was not able to make into a male. I have only played for about 10 mins and I’m already annoyed. If you click the screen, to make character stop, it just flashes to make it auto again… Dull. I’ll play a bit longer … Maybe … Before I actually rate star status.

I pre-registered this game since I’m a big MMORPG fan on PC and mobile. Tho, this is more so an ARPG – dungeon crawler w/PVE MMO elements. Auto attacks can be turned off. I’ve seen some comments saying how they couldn’t put into landscape – I promise if you play longer than 5mins, let your eyes adjust to the UI, there is a button to flip the screen to landscape from portrait. It’s a bit different than what I expected. Not bad but the mentor and disciple elements of the game are odd

I’m a little disappointed to say the least, from what I’ve seen in ads to the actual gameplay. I was expecting open-world MMORPG, but instead got an idle game. However, I actually enjoy this style, and it makes a rather good idle game. My only critiques would be 1. change your ads. Advertise it AS an idle game, you’ll pull in the right audience. 2. there’s still a lot of lag, even with all settings set to a minimum. I’m curious to see new updates, good luck devs!
