[App] Easy CAD Dimensions

  With this app you can take pictures and then add dimensions, and fasten the manufacture process, keep record of parts or machine dimension without keeping the original part.

App publish a jpg or pdf file and draws into it using canvas fuctions .

Designed for technicians, engineers and for those having problems sending explanatory to workers the app is an cad program that will help build nice revisions useful when a pc is not availlable. Use camera to add a picture objects on site.

Add annotations like linear dimensions , texts, ballons, or hashes.
Measure and calibrate objects

You have some tools that help you with the design:

 snap to points
ortho
copy and paste objects
pan
zoom
stretch
plot your work to pdf

You can edit or view your work offline , each sketch is saved on sd-card in the folder .

This app has serious potential. But not being able to deminsion lines or shapes and not being able to offset lines or shapes to a specific dimension is a huge downfall to this app. Once these issues are fixed , I’ll have no problem giving this 5 stars . As a programmer in cnc manufacuring this could really help when I’m on the go away from the office . Update: developer has been Very helpful. Ever since I left my review he has been in contact with me via email and even put out an update.

A well-crafted 2D cad program with many useful features. And a number of helpful youtube instructional videos. It does require some patience if you’re new to cad drawing programs. Best of all, the author is very quick to respond to questions and be helpful.

At this point I have not yet used the app, though I am hopeful I can do some simple plan drawings for my construction business. One thing I’ve noticed is that the writing needs the help of someone schooled in an English speaking country. I am not being a bigot; I’m just saying that the meaning of the writing is ambiguous in places.

There might be some problems understanding some functions that is why we try to add YouTube videos.
Great for putting together designs. building to a plan is the correct and only way to build things. Trying to build as – you – go is tricky

I had earlier given this app a 1 rating and within a few minutes the creator or one from within responded and corrected to me what i had fone wrong. Not the app. To have a response of such from him deserves another chsnce from a person that didnt know how to operate. I suggest if u download this app and it dont work for u to ask them how and not to judge like i have. To the person that responded and exolained thank u for the correction and lesson i will try again and rate it
