PASSWORDS AND ACCOUNTS – If you’re having trouble signing in or accessing your account on the app, your password may have expired. Follow these steps to reset your password:
1. On the easyJet app Home Screen menu, click the ‘Reset password’ link and enter the email address you used to register.
2. We’ll send you an email to that email account with instructions on how to reset your password.
3. You can now use your new password to sign in. Note that if you are currently signed into the app, you must sign out and then sign back in with the new password so that you can be reauthenticated.

Great app, nicely designed, fluid, reliable, bottom navigation, no need to use the website or print out boarding passes. I love how the boarding pass screen increases the brightness to be more readable for the scanners. Can you add features of letting you know information about the airports you were taking off from and landing at, this can include security times, shops, getting from the airport to the main town or city…ETC…
It would be good to be able to book a return flight to a different airport simultaneously. Also, easyJet should pre-warn customers booking a seat costs extra, like they do with the bags. For those using the site for the first time.
Not easy to navigate unless you know the system. Website layout is different from the app. Had to use the app as there was an issue with the website. Less freedom of choice than Ryanair.
Edit 4 Stars to 2 stars. You have no way of viewing a booking on the app now. You have to want to edit or change something. Not allowed to view info about existing booings unless you want to change it. Very weird and not user oriented. App designer/developer mentality(it appears). If I screw up the 90% perfect app it means they will keep me on/pay me again to fix the screw up. Shame used to beat the BA app hands down.
Another poor app from a big company. Touch ID is not available as an option even though fingerprint works on many of my other apps and latest android. Under My Trips, always shows Check in and have to re-enter password to retrieve??? even though boarding passes are downloaded and available to view. Are these apps written on different planets?
