Back when this game was first released under a different name I spent a little money on it and had a character that was fairly far into the story. Imagine my frustration when I see that after returning to the game after fixing my phone all that hard work is lost and the money as well. The only reason I am not rating like the others is because I remember what the game was at first. But I will be taking a step back from playing games by this company for a while until I see that it is better.

Banning players because you didnt maintain your game? Put the blame on players for abusing the bug that has been reported weeks ago. How was that. There were lots of bugs and now u act as if this game were so well maintained. We are disappointed. We spent lots of money and just got banned just like that. Bugs are not players fault. Better think other alternatives instead of banning account all of a sudden. Poor communication with clients will be bad to you futyre customers.

Its so unfair for some players like me to experience this kind of situation in one of my fave game I played so far. Its really unfair and so disappointing. I’m playing with all my heart and grinding my char to be strong then, all my efforts will just turned to nothing? Its really heart breaking. Bring back my account. I didn’t spend money in your game just for this. You even not that responsive with your clients. Just saw you seen my message but no response.
