It’s good app. the problem I have is that I can’t use the app while the vpn is on. Even though I exclude the EZ Mira app in the settings of the vpn program so it’s not using the Vpn for connection but Ez Mira app would not connect to TV until I turn off vpn. this is bummer since I wanted to watch YouTube on TV and since youtube is filtered here vpn is required. Is there a way to get around this problem?

Sorry for the inconvenience. EZ Mira doesn’t support detect the Wi-Fi signal nearby while in VPN, please try in another way. We suggest connect your Android device by Miracast. Please kindly set your dongle into Miracast mode by press the button on it (Android/windows icon). After mode change, you can cast by Miracast/Chromcast of EZ Mira while VPN

I apologize for the angry remarks. It’s just that I’m having so much trouble getting my phone to mirror to the screen. I’m using Android version 8 o.s. I have a Motorola e5 play, if that helps. Does your dongle not work well with Motorola, or Android version 8 o.s. Also, the app stops working randomly quite often. I used it like 7 times and 3 times it quit responding.

Sorry for the inconvenience. Due to Motorola miracast is disabled by Motorola from hardware or software. We suggest use the Mirror function built in EZMira App, but this way only support cast video and sound would go out from your phone. youtu.be/iFRFdq4zXs4

Dongle doesn’t work, tried every setting, reset, etc., can’t connect. The app is pretty much useless and advertises a service that via SMS lures the user into subscribing to some 7€ per week (!!!) content service. 1 star.

Great, but please update the interface of the dongle. It has great features like casting and screen mirroring but the dongle interface when plugged in to monitor is far from interesting. Please fix thin in the next firmware update. Or at least make us able to change the wallpaper by ourselves

Thanks fellas, but your answer to my review didn’t help me at all. My problem was after following the instructions in the provided video, the settings didnt show up after clicking the settings button. I did get it to work tho (no thanks to the app creators). My friend who has an Iphone connected to Miracast for me and then connected it to my wifi. Only after she did that could I hook up to it. I advise going into the setting and picking mirror only if you have slow wifi Other than that, good app
