Gameplay
Experience the stories of each kingdom and its warriors on the continent of Ardra by exploring Story Quests, World Quests, Event Quests, and more.
Cooperate with other players to progress in Multiplayer Quests, or compete online via Duel.
Battle System
The pinnacle of tactical battles, presented in 3D terrains with various elevations. Aim for victory by employing unique strategies for each battle.
Auto-battle and increased speed settings are also available, allowing beginners to play with ease.
Similar to previous FINAL FANTASY titles, characters can make a difference between victory and defeat with special moves called Limit Bursts that feature impressive displays and powerful attacks!
Familiar Espers of the FINAL FANTASY series will appear in CG animations, supporting players with their incredible power.
Job System & Elements
Acquire new jobs by raising units with the Job System. In addition, each unit has an Element that can be utilized against enemies to deal increased damage. Make good use of the Job System and Elements to gain the advantage in battle.
Quests
In addition to Story Quests where you can enjoy the main tale of War of the Visions, you can enjoy more than 200 unique quests within World Quests and Event Quests, where various materials can be acquired.
Voice Acting
Story Quests are fully voiced in Japanese and English. Choose your preferred language and enjoy the tale of War of the Visions.

Requires patience. It takes alot of resources to upgrade a character. Been consistently logging in for about 2 years but feels like the viscosity of progress is more molasses than water. Auto is never off unless its a difficult fight which it doesn’t clearly indicate when to do so. Recently tried getting Lucios limit break branch but that quest feels impossible with my current knowledge.

The game is nice, engainng story, I love its story line, very interesting. Nice graphics, and interesting characters. I can see the great efforts & creativity put into this game to bring it to this high quality. I like the variety having side-tasks & modes besides the story line; like the arena dual, guilds/teams competiton, elemental selection missions, training tasks, and occasional events. I would rate it as 5 if only could it be played in the background when set at auto-play/repeat.
Great game but the caveat is it’s has a mobile game monetization backbone. I mean given enough time, sure you can get some decent things. But that constant dangling of “but if you could just spend a bit more, you may – may, get this” is just dissapointing. If people spend money on your game, don’t throw your gambling mechanics at them. I’d understand if it was free currency but its so egregious.
I enjoy this one quite a bit. There is only one thing that I hate, the drop rate on awakening items. These need a hard quest that allows them go be farmed. There is too many characters to level compared to the drop rate. One other problem is character shards for some characters have no way to get them after their release. Example Cecil or Ramza. If there not maxed out during the release period you can’t max them out.
Thought I left a review previously, but I will leave another. Story is pretty good so far in my opinion little different from what I’ve played in the past. System is a cross between the sphere grid and the licensing system with elements of the original Final Fantasy Tactics thrown in. The character grind is a bit much, but it does have auto battle at least to grind items and levels. Little bit on the money heavy side, while you can earn several hundred visore a day- it can disappear easily.
